BSc(Hons) Physiotherapy, APPI Instructor, member of HCPC.

Clinical Experience

Eleanor qualified  in 1997 from Brunel University.  She initially worked in the NHS in Oxford gaining broad experience in all of the areas of physiotherapy, then chose to specialise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy at Wycombe Hospital in 1999.

She left the NHS in 2001 to live in France and raise a family in 2008.  After returning to the UK, she started training with the APPI as a Pilates Instructor in 2008.  She has worked in private practice since, training further in Pilates for Ante/Post Natal care, Scoliosis, Osteoporosis, Shoulders and Hypermobility.

Eleanor is passionate about focusing on how the body is working mechanically as a whole, in order to find lasting solutions to a client’s current issues and pain.  Eleanor uses a blend of Physiotherapy and a Pilates tailored to the individual needs of each client to maximise recovery. She has a particular interest in the Sacro-iliac joint and lumbar/hip region, and how this often relates to the lower limbs.
